During a long career in Information Technolgy (IT), I have been a software developer, worked on a help desk, done web development, and was a systems analyst (starting in 1983). During these years, I did much tech writing although that may not have been my job title. My most recent employment, at End Point Corporation in New York, tech writer was my title.
